Hired one of their team member for a handover pool services as we moved in to this house with a pool in it. Guy was on time and being friendly throughout the time he was explaining how pool works etc but I found him lacking a lot of pool related knowledge, asked him how to clean the pool and heat up the water he wasn’t able to assist properly, heating up the water he refused to assist at all by saying not his area of service because he doesn’t know how to operate the heater. Called them and provided feedback over the phone and raised the concerns I had but person on the phone didn’t even bother to say sorry or we can send someone else again which isn’t fair as I paid them for their services and they weren’t able to assist me. Only gave them 2 stars as I have been to their shop once to get the water tested.I won’t go there again.

Come here every season for my pool testing to check up on it (and usually bring it back to life). I have a general idea of what it needs before I go and I find that I'm not being tricked to buy junk I don't need. Team here are honest and can provide good advice on volumes of chemical and even thr order and timing to get the pool back to good in the quickest time. I'll keep coming back and I don't even live local. Thankyou!

(Review is for store visit about 2months ago) First contact was great. My enquiry related to purchase of a particular brand chlorinator. Brad appeared knowledgeable and helpful. even though it was not stored promoted brand, and therefore had to be ordered in. (I visited Swimart because they are the advertised dealers for Zodiac chlorinators) When I returned in January., to complete with view to ordering the product, the assistant there at the time had very little understanding or knowledge of the product. He referred me to his manager, who then promptly told him that I had to wait for at least 20minutes. Not helpful, Unfortunately I would have wasted further time. Much better to have your staff well informed on brands, especially if it you are the promoted dealer. Very frustrating, time wasters, and not a very positive experience, other than Brad's friendly and helpful customer service, hence the 4 star and not lower.

Brad from swimart Campbelltown come to our home and was nice enough to wait for me as I was running behind. He took the time to explain to me exactly what we needed to do in order to have out brand new pool up and running, where as the other company we purchased the pool from, failed us in explaining things clearly. I went to the store today.Russell was the gentleman that served me.I walked in as a new pool owner abit overwhelmed with information I tried to learn online.He tested our pool water. Explained what all the products were for. He did not sell me anything I did not need and was so patient with me and all my questions. He gave me a print out of my water levels.I will come back monthly and only buy from them because of his great service.Thank you again!

Often take pool water sample to be tested here. The guys there always know what I need to get the pool back into shape & explain things in an easy to understand manner. Highly Recommend
