The one star reviews are not as biased as the 5 star ones of people associated with the organisation look at the balance of reviews not 4 star 3 star or even 2 star reviews. They wont even answer the phones ever or get back to you. Ive had great experiences with this organisation in the past in different areas but its a shame the people in this district don't get the help they need. This is an absolute disgrace that this building and staff are even funded when other sonders are more deserving because they would actually help people.

I totally REGERET ever going to SONDER, I had such very high expectations of that particular organization and how they might be able to assist me out In coping with these vexed Issues especially since I suffer form Unrelenting- Anxiety plus ongoing Chronic-Depression brought about by residing within an exceedingly TOXIC yet DYSTOPIAN Community-Housing property over a period of five years since October of 2017 whereby I have been subjected To COERCIVE-CONTROL, GASLIGHTING, HOMOPHOBIA plus PSYCHOLOGICAL-BULLYING equally by both Staff Including the Tenants. My meeting with Goran at Port-Adelaide on the 18/10/2022 at 1.30.P.M was a complete waste of my valuable time, because I had multi-factorial Issues that he wasnt qualified to address nor focus his gaze upon and wernt per-se In concordance with their prescribed charter I was unceremoniously BUMPED-OFF to yet another Organization who perhaps may be able to HELP me??? as well can be envisaged this only further ALIENATED me leaving me completely TRAUMATISED plus ABANDONED, I am NOT IMPRESSED by Goran or his platitudes WHATSOEVER since I feel like COLLATERAL-DAMAGE within the overall process, I wouldnt give SONDER nor Goran any STARS whatsoever since they DONT deserve any. Noel is a disgusting and ill equipped social worker.He yelled at me, spoke to me sarcastically and deliberately tried to trigger me. He doesn't know any other therapies beside CBT and he doesn't understand that CBT is not good for those who have had gaslighting as part of their trauma. He would not believe me about my experiences. I feel so much worse after seeing him.

Few months back I (name changed) got treated by Tanya. She was inattentive and kept asking template questions. Upon hearing about my situation she had a smirk on her face. Wasted my time without any results and she only knows CBT. Finally I received treatment from genuinely capable professionals outside and results started coming. Don't waste your time here with the bunch of incompetent workers.

Jess went above and beyond in the initial consult, made me feel worthwhile and really resonated with my story. Look forward to working with Sonder in the future.
