I wanted to buy a specific shoe and found Cinori as an online retailer.Bought the shoes, and another pair in a ‘buy 1, get 1 at 1/2 price’ offer. Shoes were faulty (glue failed in the heel after 3-4 wears).Cinori suggested I pay for repairs. I said I wasn’t prepared to do that given I had just bought them.Manufacturer encouraged me to ask for a warranty replacement.Cinori agreed and sent a mailing label for me to return the faulty pair, which I did with a note. Cinori said my replacement pair had been “expedited”… …I heard nothing and followed up two weeks later. They hadn’t put my replacement pair aside, didn’t have stock, and destroyed my new and easily repairable shoes. They auto-refunded me the 1/2price before responding to my message.Absolutely no effort or communication. No recognition that they weren’t their shoes to “dispose of” and hadn’t contacted me when they received my item. Communications since have made me feel they never intended to replace my shoes.The refund of half price doesn’t replace the shoes.Absolutely furious; and perplexed they think this is okay.TLDR: Customer service is appalling. They said they’d replace my faulty new shoes and instead destroyed them and refunded me half the cost.

Cinori shoes is my favorite shoe shop ever! Extraordinary staff, beautiful ranges, excellent pricing, what more could a gal want?!

I had ordered a few pairs of shoes online. There were no issues at all with the ordering process, delivery or timing of delivery. I had taken a gamble on a couple of shoes that unfortunately didn't fit me well. I contacted Cinori online and they were good with their communication. I returned the shoes to their Chermside store this morning and the lady working in the store was fabulous. Nothing was a bother and she processed my returns quickly, efficiently and she was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Thank you for an all round great customer experience Cinori.
