Disgusting customer service. Expected to wait for a message at 7am in the morning that was never received to plan out my day. Then was expected to be available for a 3 hrs window. I asked the repairer to contact me on his way, this was refused. I would not recommend if you have a choice of repairer.

Terrible service. This company was assigned for a warranty job. On the morning of the appointment I missed a call from the technician while driving, attempted to ring back multiple times but call was declined. When service desk they said the technician had taken a wrong road and then, because it was outside of the service are in the first place, they declined my calls because they no longer wanted the job
