SILK Laser Clinics Balmain

I have been very happy with the Balmain Silk clinic. I have had several laser treatments that have not hurt at all. I have recently tried LED light therapies and the pumpkin peel. I adore the way my skin looked and felt afterwards. I recommend this place as all practitioners that I have met are knowledgable, friendly and helpful. Their products are great too, I especially like the ultimate serum. It actually works!

I have been coming to this clinic for the past 2 years now! I for sure will never go anywhere else. The professionalism and the care that is put into each service is incredible. The team are amazing and the environment makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate all this team has done for me over the past 2 years, I will be back again!Also shout out to Bella, laser tech and skin enthusiast. She is AMAZING, I have never not come out of a service feeling fresh and ready to go (even if my hair follicles are being burnt, haha)Definitely 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

Amanda and her girls at the laser lounge are amazing. I've been going for laser treatment for 6 months now, the results are amazing (hardly any regrowth) and their service is on point every time. The ladies are lovely and professional, appointments run on time and the clinic is very hygienic. I feel comforted knowing I can trust in Amanda's years of experience/training and my experience at the laser lounge has only ever been positive.

Amanda and her team and are so warm and welcoming and know what they are doing. I have been seeing Ana for many years and have followed her across to Laser Lounge Balmain. I've had many different treatments with Ana and her expertise and love for her clients is the best in the industry. She has done all my laser work and it was quick and easy. She is currently working on my facial pigmentation and rejuvenation and I am beyond happy, the results are truly amazing!. Also I just love going in to have a chat with the girls, they are so nice and friendly and super caring. I always look forward to my appointments :)

I’ve attended the clinic at least half a dozen times for laser hair removal and whilst I’ve had good results, I don’t feel the consultants are very thorough and was constantly made to feel they didn’t have time for me. I was talked out of a full Brazilian on my first visit and was constantly made to feel as though they were reluctant every visit, being told “we could always do it next time” which made me slightly self conscious and disappointed I’d paid for something I hadn’t received. During one appointment I asked about a procedure for my face and a consultation was booked for my next appointment, but on my next appointment when I asked about it, I was told they forgot to arrange it and we could do it “next time”. On top of that I was sold a product it turned out I didn’t need and while most staff have been lovely, there is an Asian member of staff there who is always very curt and not very warm at all - all reasons I won’t be going back.Update: I have not mistaken which clinic I attended. This is an honest review by one of your customers and as a Marketing Manager, I would suggest that you avoid accusing me of being forgetful to insult my intelligence and perhaps adopt a more professional marketing approach. My name may appear differently on your records but it has absolutely NOTHING to do with my failing memory. Thank you.

One for the guys looking for laser (ladies too).I have wanted to get laser for over two years now but never felt comfortable with any of the places I went to. I always felt pressured with appointments in some of the larger chains so I never went ahead. I found laser lounge online as it was close by and had a male laser hair removal section on their website! My consultation was with Gabby and she was FABULOUS. Literally felt so comfortable with her. She has an immense wealth of knowledge and experience. She talks you through the entire process and necessary aftercare. I'm nearing my second appointment with her and can already see results! Can't wait to be as smooth as a seal :)

I've been seeing Amanda and the team for close to 2 years now. I started off with laser hair removal as I was unhappy with my previous clinic and then begun having skin treatments as I was so impressed with the service and results. I rarely leave reviews but I only have one word to describe this team and that's 'amazing!' Amanda explains every process to me so thoroughly and puts me at ease all the time. She has gone out of her way many times to sit and watch my 9 month old for me so I can relax and have a treatment done. These Balmain girls make you feel so relaxed from the moment you walk in with their consistent bubbly smiles and welcoming attitude. Keep up the awesome work girls!!

Nurse Iris & her team are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, provide detailed & thorough treatments with excellent follow up, and actually care about whether you walk out happy or not. Great clinic!
