Amazing customer service. Belinda was able to save the day with finding a Haro Shredder for my sons birthday. The contacted me back every time and kept me informed the whole process. Belinda and Brett are super knowledgeable, polite and friendly to deal with. Will certainly be recommending this shop to anyone looking for bikes. We will definitely be back when we are ready for our next bikes!! A+++

Couldn't be happier with our purchase from here!We were on the hunt for a suitable bike for a 4 year old to upgrade from his balance bike and had no idea what to look for.Brett was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, letting us know what to look for in a bike for a 4 year old such as how long we should have training wheels for, whether we should adjust them, distance from handlebars, how much encouragement we should give etc.We then brought our little guy in to choose a bike and he has been on it non-stop!Will definitely come back to look at our next bikes. The team here are outstanding! Thankyou again!

Brett is very knowledgeable in BMX. I've bought a couple of bikes from District with no hassles, including a custom build that Brett helped me to sort. He knew exactly what would work for what I wanted. I've also ordered online and had items delivered. No fuss. Nice and quick.

I was reasonably happy with my purchase from the store. I travelled a bit to pick the bike up. I was told to bring the bike back for a service around March (an adjusted date from purchase because they had a high service demand at the time). We had lockdowns before and after that period which impacted my ability to travel back to the store to get the service, but given the circumstances, I considered getting my bike serviced as a lower priority that I could deal with when things were a little less crazy. I know I dragged my heels a little bit so I understand the decision, but now I am told my bike service is no longer valid. It's disappointing because I have had other retailers extend vouchers, warranties and offers that expired during the pandemic given the circumstances. Not to mention I have had some personal circumstances and family tragedies that contributed to me being slow with my service request - but that was not for the retailer to know. Overall I am happy with the bike, but will be choosing a someone else for my servicing. I would still recommend people purchase from this store, but don't anticipate any flexibility on terms.

Brett and Belinda were fantastic to deal with. Helped me with my Haro Beasley 24 for my daughter and my Haro parts for my Sport. Will definitely be dealing with them for my next bike purchases

Brett is a Legend and was able to help us find the right first bike for our 2 year old.Having a shop like this is a great addition to the area as he is so supportive of events and the young people in town.

Brett is fantastic and more than helpful. Purchased a super cool 20” BMX with a few customs and the result is a super happy 10 year old. Bike is awesome and the service and advice Brett provided was awesome.. reading through some of the one star “special people” comments don’t let these influence in passing this great little business.. will be back for sure !
