Greeted on arrival and presented to service dept. Confirmation of the software upgrade required confirmed signed paperwork. Told it would take an hour, advised where the waiting room and coffee were. After an hour and almost on the button, I was called back to my car with upgrade completed. Presented with keys and drove away!

Actually it was their car division to purchase a car for a relative.

I can't recommend the services enough. Their work is high quality and efficient, their staff are friendly and also helpful if you aren't very knowledgeable about what you need, I wasn't sure of a few auto motive points and got a clear and non judgmental explanations. They also quote for work in advance, so you generally know what you are going to be paying before pick up. They are quite busy and you may need to book a week or two in advance.Also, if you plan to wait while they work on your car, there is a coffee shop across the Rd and up the street a little way where you can have lunch or a coffee-Bella & Co, 110 Grant St, East Maitland.They also provide a courtesy bus for local area or can drop off and pick up at Greenhills and they gave me a voucher for a car wash with my last service, which was a great price.
