Huge range and exceptional customer service. They’re always happy to help with design ideas (and changes when renos don’t always work out how they were planned)! Peel Valley supplied all our tiles, grout, silicone, vanity basins and toilets for two bathrooms and a laundry and all items have been great quality, with no issues at all.

Anna and the team at Peel Valley tiles were beyond amazing. Consultation during the design process, continued support when we made changes during the building process, seamless delivery and always happy and willing to help. Can not recommend highly enough.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Have had multiple issues dealing with this store. After going in and making our tiles selection and taking photos. The young dark hair girl didn't bother to record our grout colour selection and living over an hour away had to quickly decide again (lucky we had a photo reference). Tiles were ordered but the wrong selection had been ordered and installed. Again according to our photo references on the day of selection. We are beyond infuriated with them that they are not accepting any responsibility at all. Would never bother to go back at all.

Unable to provide the tile order I paid for in advance - I chased up several times as they had not contacted me. Then when unable to supply after over 3 weekks - unable to recredit without me coming back into the store even when the original order was done over the phone using my card details.

We needed 6.5sq mtr of tile in a hurry, and of the right colour and size. The staff were very helpful and checked and advised us every step of the way. They had everything we needed in stock. This close to xmas, it's difficult to get trades and product to line up. Without their help, we would not have been able to do it.
