Jumpz Trampoline Park

Been here a couple of times now with my family. Our boys love the place. They sleep good for the drive home.

RIP Laser Tag and the Arcade. The kids love the trampolines and the school term weekday deal makes it worth the price. It would appear that they have recently installed a new AIR CONDITIONING system that runs the length of the building (yippee!!). I love to support local and small businesses, however I'm starting to notice some desperate need for repair. It begs to raise the issue of safety! I understand the quick fix to finish the workday, but it has been weeks now.

$18 for one hour play. Dirty play areas. Not enough seating or areas to put your bags. Unsafe trampolines- Matt’s ripped and not secured properly. Large gap in mats exposing metal bars. Balls in ball pit area mostly broken. Play kitchen broken. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic place to take kids of all ages. Even the staff look out for the kids under 5 in the little play area making sure no older kids who play rough are there causing issues. We'll done to the Jumpz staff for making the place a safe place for everyone.

Disgusting!!! Service was pathetic!! Book online and pay for one hour. Still have to wait in the queue for ten minutes!!! Then have to pay for new jump socks even though we already had bloody jump socks!!! This place is a joke!! It’s so bloody expensive for one hour and you don’t even get the full hour and then to add cost of socks on top too!! We won’t be back!!!

I recently came here and it was not what I expected at all. Firstly, I saw only 2 staff walk around and supervise the kids for only one minute! Secondly, there was no good quality equipment. I saw a ripped giant tennis ball in the dodgeball area and 1 bouncy ball at the basketball hoops. Imagine getting hit by a hard tennis ball in the dodgeball area? That would hurt. Third, the foam cubes that you jump into were ripped and written on. Kids had been writing on them and ripping out chunks from them and the staff weren't doing anything about it. Fourth is that kids were lounging in the foam while others were trying to jump in and workers weren't telling them to move which is absolutely ridiculous. We paid for our kids and staff gave us pink wristband for the session, with other kids, however, we were the only parents got asked to extend the session time. We also noticed there were other kids wearing the same colour Pink" wristband

Had a great time and the staff was lovely but...Ok, I'm gonna say it how it is... There was only one girl working to run the whole gig! Reception, cafe, cleaning, toilets etc!!! The owners need to take action here, this is really not good!! The poor girl!!We paid full price for the use of the children's area however, it wasn't clean and all the mechanical equipment is broken and doesn't work!!! Why are we paying full price? There are also some dangerous areas where kids can injure themselves.The tables were dirty, though this is probably because the girl had no time to get round to cleaning after each session.The toilets had urine all over the floor!! The girl cleaned it up while we were there but was unavailable for other things.The air-conditioning wasn't on, it gets hot in there!!The coffee shop was only 'cold drinks only' again, because there wasn't any staff.There is no way any of this equipment could be sterilised multiple times a day! The place is filthy!!! And we are in COVID times!!The owners really need to get real with the situation and take action!!

Venue looked a Little 'tired' but kids got a lot of enjoyment out of it - quite well set up and catered to all ages
