Update. After posting my negative review of Sunshine Coast Mowers, I was contacted by Ethan, who i think is the mechanic? He apologised for the poor service and told me he was unaware, which I believe, as these things do happen. He organised to have the mower collected, repaired and returned which was done in a timely fashion. The mower now works perfectly. I am changing this review to 4 stars, as whilst I am happy with the outcome, it shouldn't have a taken a bad google review to be rectified in the first place. i'm leaving the original review below for transparency.We paid for a service of our John Deer ride on. The service price was fair as there was a lot of work needing to be done and included pick up and drop off. All good

Bought a Stihl whipper snipper today, Eddie was fantastic showing me how it works, I needed some 2 stroke oil and extra cord with Eddie explaining the warranty and by buying the Stihl oil the warranty is extended to 4 years. Eddie is not only knowledgeable and honest but friendly as well. 10/10 Eddie.

I've never experienced such good Customer Service. They were extremely helpful regarding my purchase and they happily showed me how to use the equipment I wanted to purchase. They answered any question I had and made it an all round fantastic shopping experience!Will certainly come here again...
