Liv best customer service in years i'm 3

I purchased a 3 pack of the dusk oils as a gift for Xmas for my partner. This morning my partner opens the Passion oil and the bottle is empty. We opened the other two and there 3/4’s full. Very disappointing

Always love this shop, great range of candles/diffusers/ and gift ideas.Also, very friendly staff, and very helpful.

I was disappointed with the customer service I received at this store. The staff were too busy to even wrap purchased items and were not polite about it.

Lol, here we are in Lockdown 6 and NO QR scan code to be seen on any of the doors but doors open with staff inside. I was just wanting a flint gun (free) refill so l entered the store and the look on the senior staffers' face was priceless. I was informed that they weren't serving customer's and the only reason the doors were open was for a pending delivery. The senior staffer couldn't even do a refill because of the risk of touching the flint gun and possibly acquiring COVID. I can't imagine how petrified she'll be after they open their doors this coming Friday for 'Click & Collect' and especially one week from now when the COVID case numbers are up around the 4,000 mark. She might want to reconsider her holidays options now and get out of Melbourne before the virus comes looking for her.

Great range of products, helpful staff.

Extremely friendly and nice staff. The signs around the store are noticeably better then other years. I also spied that they had price tags up, a MASSIVE improvement. To say I love dusk... would be true. I ❤️ dusk

A wonderfully happy place friendly staff

Went to dusk knox city. The three staff were to busy laughing and talking amongst themselves to talk to customers. Very disappointing.

I love candles. And Dusk is my favourite shop to buy them. They have plenty of nice things to choose from. Staff are always helpful and always happy to show you different scents that fit your fancy.
