Great experience at vapianos coomera, the guy Santiago was super friendly and very helpful. Food was yummy, definitely will come back. And highly recommend this place.

PositivesStaff were friendly.Meals were quick.NegativesThe pasta was average at best. Very very stodgy.Not worth the price.We had a chicken Alfredo and fettuccine pesto and both were really stodgy. I'm a big guy and it was very sickening, I didn't finish it.Find yourself a small pizza and pasta place with a little Italian man and spend your money there instead.

I would give less stars if I could. Was the worst pasta I’ve ever eaten in my life. It tasted as if I just drank water from the ocean, way too salty. I am very disappointed in my visit tonight and will most certainly not be returning which is unfortunate as I have loved this place previously.Staff were really nice though, so I guess that’s where the star can go.

$27 for a pasta that had only 5/6 pieces of prawn but was swimming in oil. $25 for a meat lovers pizza that had hardly no meat on it. Disappointed and definitely won’t be returning.

Happy to see this little restaurant has finally opened to add to the chain of restaurants they have popping up everywhere!!We had a choice of seating and due to ordering a taster of a few things required two small tables to fit everything on!!Minutes into settling the floor manager???wanted to take a table from us to accommodate a big party of people even though half the restaurant wasn't open,being used or overly busy!!I said it wasn't really convenient so they made alternative arrangements with the seating..If they were VIP then a table should have been reserved!!We started with cheesy garlic pizza which was lovely..I had Prawn gamberi fettucine,unfortunately I only had a choice of 2 types of pasta but a choice of two sauces!!my daughter had carbonara,all was enjoyed . The prawns were plentiful and a good serve tasting fresh and well cooked!!a bit on the greasy side but otherwise a tasty meal.The carbonara was plentiful a touch saucy but much preferred than stodgy and dry!!drink choices a touch limited but managed to find a likeable rosé (their only one)to compliment my meal.Due to it being very new opening staff were trying very hard to impress which was good to see,except one particular waiter became a bit of a nuisance asking about the meal every 10minutes,a bit over zealous!!all in all will go back again by then I'm sure the menu will be perfected by then.FOOTNOTE:Have recently returned for a late Lunch/Early dinner..We had the Carbonara,Prawn& Spinach with a cream base this time!!I feel it wasn't as good as the first visit ,hopefully the chefs haven't become complacent!!The choices of pasta for the seafood dish,again limited, would go very well with a angel hair or linguine(a fine pasta)..the pasta wasn't al dente at all, very stodgy,the cream quite gluggy and had thickened to a degree it was a touch sickly!!Not my first preference of this lovely little franchise,never the less a decent meal can be had!!

Have seen the crowds here quite a few times and it smells divine. Unfortunately my experience didn't live up to my expectations. Tried to book online two weeks ago and the online booking didn't work. Rang 9 times through out the day and no one answers the phone or called me back.Yesterday decided to accept the 15% public holiday surcharge and have a meal. The garlic bread was delicious but my beef ragu was bland and a huge disappointment it was also barely warm and the store wasn't busy. The serving size was no where near enough for what I paid. Needless to say I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere in the future.

We came up from GC central just to experience exactly by what this place is famous for… my wife and daughter loved everything we order and while we were waiting; Cristian, one of the staff members offered to my 3YO colouring material and apple juice and he was very attentive overall. The service was outstanding including the short time you have to wait for our food to be ready. We will definitely be back soon. thank you Guys.Santiago A

We had a very large group and honestly the staff did great considering. Very difficult to get through on the telephone and even after calling to update the booking when our guests arrived they still had a table half the size. Menu is just pizza and pasta but out of 20 dishes only one was wrong and a few said the pasta was a bit over cooked. Overall we would come back but more variety on the menu would be great.

When we first arrived our table was forgotten about so staff were trying to pull together a large table for us, food was below average bland no taste, like school dinners, even the kids wouldn’t eat their pastas! Our mains came out before our starters and drinks, you can only order via the app so you can’t make notes to not add this or swap for this. The service was below average also, our food was literally being thrown at us the staff had no idea what they were serving and had to go back and check the orders, when we asked where our starters were it was like oh not sure but here’s your main! The manager came over and offered two drinks to compensate for it a, two drinks to a table of 14? To make things worse they then took the birthday cake we had brought to another table put a candle in it and began to sing happy birthday it was only when the woman said that’s not my cake that they took it away. Probably one of my worst dining experiences I’ve ever had we wouldn’t return.
