Amazing food, amazing staff, amazing service, amazing atmosphere, amazing views! Cannot fault a thing! Briana was absolutely amazing as we're each and every staff member who we conversed with throughout our lunch! A+++++ highly recommend, we will be back!Note - my partner had already cut into his duck before I took pic of his meal, but presentation was absolutely lovely for all of our meals, couldn't wait to dig in!

Booked our lunch here with husband after our premium wine tasting at Carillon Cellar. Can't fault food, it was really Amazing. It has a beautiful view of the vineyard, they've got friendly and accomodating staff, we just had a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back with family and friends. Highly recommended this place,worth the drive.

Astonishing...Was recommended by a local and the experience did not disappoint. It has to be experienced to be believed.It's rare to find a restaurant that elevates an experience. Dining here with my partner creates the energy of passion and love. It's beyond just amazing food. It's the location, serenity, service and it all just feels right.Glad to say this restaurant nailed a good double espresso and high quality absinthe for desset too.

Peaceful, relaxing, and exquisite dining experience in the Hunter Valley. Food was excellent, the main portions were generous and meat perfectly cooked. Dessert was a heavenly experience, the pannacotta is the best I've ever had.Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and tried very hard to make sure everything was perfect. Dog friendly courtyard dining area overlooking the valley and vineyards. If you're coming to the Hunter, you must definitely dine at this place.

Beautiful spot for lunch overlooking the vines. The food was excellent with ingredients sourced locally and servings were generous - we didn’t make it to dessert. We ordered two of their specials on the day, mussels and goat shank, which were both outstanding.Met expectations at this price point ($100 for two courses + drinks additional). It was a lengthier dining experience as we spent about 2 hours here, but it’s a nice environment for it.

It’s clear why bistro Molines is a popular destination for many, the restaurant is beautiful and very nicely situated over looking a small valley. The lamb and pasta were stand outs amongst the mains while the baked figs excited me as an entrée. The only criticisms are for the seating options, not very comfortable and too many flies around. The drive up the dirt road was also not very fun.

Amazing spot for lunch in Pokolbin! Beautiful food, amazing service and unique atmosphere. Recommend requesting a table in the courtyard overlooking the landscape on a sunny afternoon.

Thank you Robert and Sally for once again an amazing experience. We love Bistro Molines and yesterday was very special as we got to take frieds there for their 50th Birthdays. The food and service and wine was excellent. And that view, nothing compares. Thank you for sharing your dream and passion with us all.
