I live 5.5km from the post office so I don't get any mail delivered. When I order anything online and explicitly pay for mailing ($40 in this case) I still don't get a delivery. In fact I don't even get a phone call. I went in to pick up and there was no check of my phone number so obviously no attempt to call.When I did pick it up, I get an update from Australia Post that 'Delivery is complete' so I guess i paid for my own participation in the value chain...What do you get for a $40 mailing fee?
