Thank you so much for fixing my tier without any notice or booking. I took my punctured tire in Saturday afternoon, the man serving me gave me the option of trying to fix the tire (which had a nail in it) or buying a new one. He gave me the cost of each option so I could decided what I wanted to do.Friendly, polite and fantastic customer service. I will recommend this business to my family and friends.

I hit a pot hole a few months ago and my steering wheel started vibrating badly. Took the car to my mechanic and got it checked and he said nothing was bent or broken mechanically and he told me to get my tyres balanced.I come to these guys and they tell me that they can’t do it coz my tyres have worn out unevenly and there’s no point in getting them balanced or aligned and they recommended that new tyres would fix the issue.So a couple of weeks later I spend $1k plus and get a new set of tyres but the problem hasn’t resolved yet. I take my car to a brakes and suspension test and they tell me that two of my wheels have slightly buckled and this is what causes the vibration of the steering wheel.They also told me that these clowns should have checked for buckles before selling me brand new tyres. Completely ignorant, these people don’t know what they’re doing.Do not waste your time/money here

My tyre got punctured today. Upon calling Chris, he kindly booked me in at 3:30pm on the same day and also allowed me to bring my car in earlier.Upon arriving earlier around 10:50am, Marcus confirmed he could do the repair right away due to some cancellations that came up.All in all, it took only 30 minutes for the repair to be done and for me to drive away after that.That's 5/5 stars service :-) Thanks.

Got the wheel alignment done couple of weeks before of a black ford falcon , got the car and the alignment was still out . Went there back they fixed it again and said its perfect . Drove the car and it was still out . Anyone can easily notice it while driving . Paid them $85. Then I went to another workshop, told him the story so he gave me discount and charged me $50 and fixed it perfectly.Customer service team was nice and professional I don’t know how they made a mistake.Don’t wanna reduce any business ratings because of me so give you a 4star.Stay safe. Worst service. Wouldn’t put the repaired tyre back on or even load it in the car. Booked for mounting back on the car. Could care. Mechanic said don’t have time.

I had new tyres put in my Nissan X-trail 3 years ago. I called Beaurepairs today to get puncture repaired in one of the tyres. They booked me in immediately when I called and did the repairs at no cost as a warranty job. Great service and honesty.
