The moment we walked into our room we were impressed with the room layout, cleanliness, and all the temptings on offer in the fridge. We would have loved to spend more time in the room it was so good. But we had a big day ahead of us to get home so we couldn't enjoy a lay in. Definitely next time its our number one stay in Dubbo thanks Matt and family.

Clean, Modern, comfortable rooms that are well priced and friendly staff.Minor road noise but the brick walls block most of it out.

Very nice presentation and well equipped rooms (we stayed 2 times & experienced 2 types of rooms) Very clean and tidy and beds (importantly) comfortable.Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Washing and dryer available no charge which was very helpful while travelling. Would return if this way again. Recommend 5☆

A great place to stay when in Dubbo. Close to all of the attractions.Walking distance to the local club and McDonalds if you're after a quick meal.

The room was beautiful, huge and so clean and comfortable. The service was great and I loved everything about this place. Even the linen and towels, shower which had amazing water pressure. The mini bar was awesome, the outdoor sitting area which was surrounded by beautiful plants against two walls, shade over that and the pool, beautiful and stylish outdoor furniture just neart the pool, the ambient lighting is wonderful there. Great location. MacDonald's is right next to it, The only thing that was disappointing was that there is only breakfast room service on weekends. Which is a shame, because the food on the menu sounded delicious. For us it was menu log to the rescue. This beautiful place is a five star place in my book. Shame I couldn't stay longer. Definitely will be my place to go to when I stay in Dubbo. Oh great prices too, even the mini bar.

we walked in looking for a place to stay as we are travelling through and I’m so glad we chose this place and they could fit us in! We stayed in a 2 bedroom place, I love the layout!! Usually when staying in motels like this you think its going to be outdated and feel dirty. I was so impressed and pleased the second I walked in. I feel like it is clean and I am quite the germaphobe so its usually hard for me to enjoy my stays in motels. The rooms are modern and I was especially impressed by the bathroom and all the amenities such as cooking equipment, utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster, etc. They even give you some fresh milk upon arrival. I see other people in the reviews say that they don’t like the noise of the trucks passing by but what can you expect? It’s just like if you had a house on a main road, its not the owners fault and it’s honestly not even that bad. It would freak me out if it was dead silent! The owners are also super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Dubbo. Thanks for having us :)
