We love our local pharmacy. The staff really make an effort to get to know you and your family and are so friendly when we come in. Always so helpful and genuine. They really do care.

The staff at the chemist at Ripley are very kind, helpful and professional. I alway go there since moving to ripley two trays ago.Today I took my parents and in laws for Covid vaccine and the services they provided was very efficient, and professional. Can’t thank them enough.Kind regardsSandy.

I’ve been coming here often for the past two years and If I could rate them more stars I would. Everyone who works there are so sweet and always so kind and happy to see reoccurring customers, and they remember who you are too.

My daughters two year old vomited in the chemist and she was offered no assistance from anyone (apart from paper towels) or help to clean up her, her son or the floor. Am I just old fashioned in thinking we have lost all sense of common decency. She asked for a sick bag but too late and had to pay for the full box of sick bags as well.

My first experience at this chemist was excellent, however my second was not. I received no service from staff as they were too busy talking and unpacking boxes, it was only when I went to leave was I offered help. I had my hands full with a young infant and wanted to make a large purchase (sick infant or else I would of gone elsewhere) so I left to grab a trolley from a nearby supermarket. I felt as though this staff member thought I was shoplifting and followed me into coles then left without purchasing anything? I returned to the store straight away with the trolley to make the purchase and received extremely rude service, so much so that the lady behind me in line and I exchanged looks. I would of immediately left without buying if I could have.

The pharmacists and staff have gone above and beyond for our family. They are at the heart of the community at these difficult times and are always kind and polite in one of the most trying industries in the country at present. The pharmacist that work here are fantastic, friendly and always wanting to help. The store is clean and the prices are very affordable. Only issue is they don’t always receive their faxes. Other than that perfect.
