There are a lot of services which Hanna can not provide and it's best to check before making your booking. She was very understanding and polite about it, however, it is not easy to find another appointment on the spot and it is very disappointing to leave the salon without getting what you wanted (specially after she changed my appointment 3 times) - I was not very comfortable with the cleanliness of the place and also the towels used either.

I've been getting my haircut by Hannah for over 5 years. And in that time, I have always been welcomed by her friendly smile each and every time. She has a fantastic rapport with all her customers and does such an extraordinary job for such a great price. Definitely well worth it for any age! Truly a hidden gem.

BEST HAIRDRESSER IN IVANHOE!!! (read why below - I will be recommending this salon to my friends)For many years I went to just about every hairdressers in Ivanhoe - and this is the one I kept going back to.- Incredibly family friendly with many families from the local schools as customers.- Prices are the most competitive.- Quality is the same as a haircut 2x or even 3x the amount you pay.- Service is fantastic and you will always feel welcome.

I stumbled accross this hidden gem by accident.Excellent haircuts for men and women - very efficient, good quality and value haircuts by a very friendly and professional hairdresser with good taste in music.When my mother was visiting from overseas, she went also and loved that Hannah understood straight away how she wanted her hair cut and returned for a second appointment during her visit to Melbourne. Highly recommended
