Thanks Kev & Shelly what a great stay. We had a break down Kev came out towed the van in.Beautiful spot to be standed for a couple of xtra days.Great facilities clean and friendly.See you next year Craig n Chris NZ

A fantastic camping facility. It was actually booked out when we stayed, but the space and the layout hide that fact and it didn't seem overly busy at all. Very friendly staff, fully accommodating and fun. Will return without hesitation!

One if the best camps we've been to yet ! Wonderful open kitchen with everything you need. Hot showers, toilets. And they even have a small animal park (not to mention the sheep!).We were there on Easter holiday and they managed to find us a space even though they were quite fully booked.Very lovely family atmosphere. Highly recommend it

Our family absolutely love staying at Big Valley, the owners and staff go above and beyond to help you out. Seeing little lambs bounding around the paddocks is such a joy to watch, the wildlife is entertaining. We get visited every day by parrots.

If you read the reviews on Wikicamps, they are accurate in describing what a great place to stay. However the hospitality deserves a 5 star rating from the initial reception, guidance to your site,extra help if required. We couldn't get our sat dish to work and we were assisted without asking. Those smiles and hospitality are priceless. Booked 4 stayed 7. See you next visit.

Brilliant working farm/caravan camp site. Entertainment of a group, food van, animal feeding and viewing the wild life was outstanding. Amazing views of the beautiful Margaret River landscape. Dog friendly. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the whole area.The only drawback are the limited ablution facilities when busy.As a plus you can purchase freshly laid eggs and a variation of home grown lamb. Would recommend this facility to all travellers.Great camp site close to numerous wineries.

One of the best campsites we have ever stayed at. The grounds are beautifully kept and the sites are nice and big so that you’re not all squished in like sardines.Thank you so much to the Silverthorne family for the warm welcome and for creating an amazing place to stay.

We stayed 2 nights in big valley campsite, (110 for 3 adults with power).The kitchen is clean with large fridge, and BBQ. Two amenities blocks, never had to wait to take my shower who are clean, same as the toilets !We also lamb meat from the farm who was amazing !A nice place to stay to visit Margaret river region !

A wonderful place to camp near Margaret River. Quiet, scenic, spacious sites. Fabulous, clean, hot showers even environmentally friendly toiletpaper. So much thought has gone into making this place great - lots of extra things for kids, guinea pig cuddles, baby chicks, trees to climb, creek to play in, walks. Fresh eggs and home grown lamb for sale.

Big Valley Campsite
Fantastic place to stay. Close to everything in Margaret River and so much better than staying in a caravan park. Beautiful lush green grass, large shady trees with a camp kitchen that has everything. The owners Shelley and Kevin and their staff are very welcoming and we look forward to returning for many more holiday's away. Great facilities and the views are amazing. Thank you for letting us share your beautiful piece of paradise.
