Advanced Air Repairs

Advanced Air Repairs have maintained by A/C system since 2018. The first time I called them was in 2018 after I had a couple of technicians to come over to my place and fix the problem I had with the A/C. Unfortunately, the outcome was not encouraging. I then contacted Advanced Air Repairs as recommended by Carrier A/C Australia. Clayton did not require a long time to identify the problem and repair the A/C and put it in good working order. I called them again in December 2022 to check the unit and carry out any require repairs. This time Joel and his buddy came and carried out the task within a short period of time.In both situations, I was very happy with the performance of the Staff - courtesy and professionalism. Above all, I was charged what I consider to be a reasonable price.I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs repairs to their air conditioning unit.If it helps, I am a professional engineer and I think I know a thing or two about professional services.Well done Advance Repairs. Very impressed with the timeliness of this companies service. Email replied to same morning, followed up call and booked in and service done within 48 hours.So very accommodating to do the air con service before business hours as our premises is a retail store.The technicians were so polite and courteous. Nothing was a problem at all.Will be booking them in to service our home ducted air.Had one other company no show and another didn’t even return my call.These guys 10/10 for customer service.

Beware of these guys! Quoted to fix our broken aircon in the middle of winter. Realised they needed more parts, said they’d be back that day or in the morning “You’re on our priority list”. Didn’t hear anything for nearly a month then they send a quote for more money. We had already decommissioned the unit as they never responded or returned and now they want to take me to court because I won’t pay for not actually fixing the unit. Beware their poor Administrative systems will be weighed upon you.

Advanced Air Repairs were asked to come out to repair a tenanted property for me. They were slow to attend and had very bad communication during the entire process. In the end it has taken me 2.5 weeks and the air conditioner still doesn't work.When they eventually attended the job. They did not tell me what work they actually completed (it was a warranty job so I wasn't billed). Then they told me that there was additional work that needed to be completed and I should get someone else to do it. I asked if they could do it and charge me as I understood that the extra work wouldn't be covered by warranty. I preferred that they did it as they had already done the initial inspection. They did not return my calls and I eventually got an email back saying they would get a quote for me.I called a couple of days later to see when they would be coming to do the quote. When I spoke to them they were rude and basically said that they weren't interested in the job. Had they just told me they were booked out or that they didn't complete this kind of work from the start it wouldn't have been an issue but they let it drag out over a couple of weeks.I have tenants in that property who have had to tough out the last couple of weeks of 40C days. Now I have to come back to them and say sorry but you'll have to wait another couple of weeks until I can get another company to come out and inspect and repair the air conditioner.I definitely would not recommend this company.
