Loved the process of exploring the Selections Gallery at Montgomery Homes. Makes it so much easier to choose all your colours and fixtures when you can walk around and see and touch everything for your bathroom, kitchen and internal and external finishes. Was also really impressed with the the high quality of their inclusions.

You don’t even know what’s going on do you?So after breaching statutory warranty on repairs and defects based on the fair trading tolerances guide Montgomery homes failed to attend respond to fair trading pushing this matter now to the NCAT. Tiles not cut clean, ceiling screws constantly popping, joins they repaired coming back. Dodgy paint work, showers leak, oven not installed correctly, gas cooktop doesn’t fit after replacement and they left it. Plus so many more, I would advise not building with Montgomery homes. At this rate based on the tolerance guide by fair trading it’s easier to give a list of what isn’t defective… the drive way not built by Montgomery homes that it is all.Reason with us? Half the repairs have not been done that were reported when we gave you guys a list and yet that list is no where to be found. You failed to attend fair trading, and what repairs you have done has already failed to meet fair trading standards you advised us to go to fair trading and failed to attend. You can report the reviews as much as you want like you did with the other review that still stands.Because unfortunately nothing I wrote harms you oh wait it does because let’s be honest it’s a true review if I could post the photos I would or even a link to the google drive photos but considering there are groups that advise against isn’t building with Montgomery good luck second of all just because I was never put in the contract doesn’t mean I can’t leave the review still married to the person who is in the contract and if you think you can bully her without me present well good luck with that.Still waiting for the oven to be repaired and the cupboard it’s in to be fixed so it actually fits correctly as per install recommendations hence that’s faulty. Instead of trying to get out of doing the warranty repairs why don’t you get someone higher up to contact us in relation to the repairs, but considering you couldn’t attend fair trading I won’t hold my breath.

We have dealt with Darcy Mercieca from the very beginning and he has been excellent in assisting us with pricing and tips to keep us within our budget. I am a single mum, never built before and was intimidated by the whole process at first. Darcy made it all so much easier, nothing was too much trouble for him. He called me numerous times to make sure we understood everything and even just to make sure I was ok. I cannot begin to state how much that meant to us. Everyone at Montgomery have been fantastic so far and we are so excited to be building our first home with such a professional team who look after their customers.

The sales guy was nice but the follow up team was not say they are sloping block specialists but only if your building in an area where there is no traffic and off street parking also cancelled appointment the day before Not happy Montgomery

So far a fantastic experience. We have signed up for the Avoca. All selections has been a smooth experience. Plans submitted to Council. Staff are very professional and lovely to deal with.I will keep this up to date as we move forward.

First contact with Michael Fairclough was excellent. Warm welcome and a very informative, personable and helpful sales executive. We drafted our design and moved into costing and more detailed design. A couple of minor issues here but all resolved very quickly. Onto construction which is close to completion. Cannot fault Aidan Robinson, our site supervisor. We are well ahead and everything from communication to quality control has been perfect! So glad we went with Montgomery.

Great experience with Montgomery Homes. The process was super simple, they were professional and wonderful to deal with. Great range of inclusions and their Selections Gallery at Belmont was a real game changer - being able to touch and feel the finish of all of the tapware, tiles and kitchen/bathroom appliances made it so much easier to choose and be confident in our decisions.

From the moment we met with Iveta at Montgomery's display home in Kellyville ,Sydney. We new we were in good hands .Iveta was amazing, she really took the time to explain the different design options for our new family home.Lisa , Angela and the team were so helpful assisting with styling and selections during the planning process. Have built with Montgomery homes twice now, unfortunately second time around has been terrible. We still have issues with incorrect subfloor construction, Montgomery homes accepted there was an issue that needed to be rectified, a fix was completed and 3 months later the issue is back. Now they are refusing to re fix what they did not do properly in the first place. Just constant deflection buyer beware.

Im building through Montgomery Homes, Luke is our consultant. He has been amazing. Responsive, professional and has steered us in the right direction. Has made everything so easy and straight forward.Would recommend 100%. Excited to start the build.
