Was helped by a wonderful woman today, when I found the perfect bumbag but it was a little too small she sewed new straps on the spot in under 5 mins. I offered to pay, which she initially refused but eventually took the money and said that she would donate it to a charity instead. Such a great experience!

Of course being second hand you'll have no idea what you will find in store. But the staff who source each and every item, they aim only for quality. So its always worth visiting here first before buying brand new. You could save big dollars on equipment that has already proved its worth and quality.

Great business with lots of stock on two levels, reasonable prices and will also buy your second hand items. Such a great idea for the reuse of items with plenty of life left in them.

I'm happy that I was able to sell my pre-loved gear where I know it can go on to serve someone else. Impressed too at what they paid for my gear so I was happy to spend a few of those dollars there straight away! I thought their prices on a few items was a little high but they only accept gear which is still in good condition and fully functional so you nevertheless get a great deal on a wide range of clothes and equipment.

I bought heaps of stuff here for my Overland Track hike and saved so much. It felt really good buying secondhand quality gear which is usually so expensive new. Barbara is so helpful and is very knowledgeable about her stock.

It's already been said but great service and layout so things are easy to find. Good quality gear for a reasonable price. Can also provide advice about adventures in Tassie.

All positive reviews are from over a year ago. The store was fantastic when it first opened, but visiting today (March 2022), the prices have become exorbitant and the staff are unwelcoming. They also pass on eftpos surcharges to customers. You'd be better off getting quality secondhand gear and a friendly interaction on Facebook.

Great store. I love that you dont know what your going to find. Definitely recommend. Also would definitely recommend before buying brand new as most of the stock is barely used. Really friendly staff.
