Chemist Warehouse Helensvale

Be prepared if you come to this pharmacy. First of all you have to navigate the aisles which are full of boxes and very narrow in any case. Then you’ll have to cqueue up and generally not one or two people to submit your prescription. Then you will have to wait between 20 to 25 minutes to receive your prescription after again queueing up. Then take your prescription to the front counter and queue up again. I will never get back to the pharmacy ever again.When looking at the reviews for this pharmacy, it is obvious that neither chemist warehouse or the branch owner care about their customers. The bad reviews have been going on for months and they pretty much stipulate the same problem, time and time again. What is wrong with you chemist warehouse.? Surely you should have a look at this and do something about it

UPDATE: Tightening the budget in this store,spending less & less on wages. Queue of 20 people waiting for scripts & all I wanted was a box of panadol. Told to be number 21 in the line if I wanted to be served. No thanks, I will not be back.Usually extremely long wait for prescriptions, but this a an extremely busy shop. Fairly good selection & variety of goods. Can't really understand why Chemist Warehouse feels it necessary to have a commercial drink fridge right next to where people queue, the fridge has taken up valuable cosmetic space. The staff can be hit & miss in the store. I think customer service in retail is a service from the past. The last script I took into to have dispensed, the pharmacist said he couldn't read it, therefore couldn't do it. Did not offer to phone the Dr & enquire.

Don’t bother with this store! The so called pharmacy assistant wouldn’t give me the over the counter cream that my doctor sent me to get, apparently she knew better and said no I think you need something else go back to the doctor. I just came from there! Such attitude, very rude. So of course I went to another chemist and no questions no problems.

i feel they never have anything i want in stock, i understand online saying its in stock can be wrong but like come on. old staff would rather have a chat with coworkers than help you out. price appeared wrong on the screen and when i asked about it the staff member just looked at me then continued chatting amongst themselfs, younger staff are much more helpful but sometimes seems to act like they have better things to do.

They need a counter for customers to go to who are seeking an item other than a prescription. Today, they also need to turn down the volume of their music. Having a speaker above aisle 6, where you're told to wait for your scripts, you can't always hear the names being called. Background music is nice to have, but not when it interferes with sales and customer comfort. Otherwise, the staff are friendly and efficient with the usual Chemist Warehouse discounts on products.

To the store manager of the Helensvale Chemist Warehouse storeOn my most recent visit to your Helensvale branch, a pharmacist by the name of Ponpan was extremely rude and degrading to myself and other staff members in quite an unacceptable manner. She was talking to other staff members on the floor with such disrespect I could not imagine working with this woman.I am a loyal customer and have never experienced behaviour like this from any staff member in a Chemist Warehouse, or anywhere for that matter. Appropriate action must be taken in regards to the way she acts towards paying customers and fellow staff members. Ensure that this happens immediately or I will have to file a formal complaint to your head office.

went to get scripts and went home , found the chemist had not put one back in. Went back and advised that this was an error , the chemist was not on site and could not help , another mixup when they cant put the right prescription in , they want to be professional but i worry that someone will get very sick if the wrong medication is given out - why cant people care anymore and at least help you.i would not reccomend at all

I know chemist warehouse is known for its awful customer service but this place really takes the cake! I know it’s my fault for stepping foot in this store to begin with but it was purely out of convenience at the time After visiting I’m honestly wondering where this pharmacist got his degree from, I believe his name was hyun, I was blankly stared at and not given a response when I asked a simple question. If you are ever in need of any proper help do not go to any CW store, and even though they say they have the lowest prices I have found this is also a big fat lie. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

IF YOU ARE A WOMAN WHO REQUIRES THE PLAN B / MORNING AFTER PILL DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY!!!!This evening (11/03/2023) my sister went into this exact chemist which was quite busy and was belittled and spoken down to by the pharmacist when attempting to obtain a plan B pill. From the beginning this pharmacist was rude and aggressive towards her, screaming out the required questions at her and questioning each response she provided. She felt incredibly uncomfortable as multiple people in the pharmacy were able to hear this interaction and were staring. After answering all the required questions she was provided with the pill. Before she was able to make her purchase the pharmacist said and I quote “You need to be more careful, you shouldn’t be taking this pill. The side effects are very serious and this tablet causes infertility”. This pharmacist had absolutely no idea why she required this pill, however assumed that it was because she made a choice to not use any type of protection. He was incredibly wrong for assuming, unfortunately she was assaulted only a few hours prior and required this pill. When she advised him of this he continued to scream out in-front of other people inside the pharmacy and I quote “Did you go to the police? You still need to be more careful and should not take this pill because of serious side effects and infertility”. This is incredibly disgusting behaviour and this pharmacy as well as the pharmacist should be absolutely ashamed of his actions tonight.
