Self serve printing kiosks out of order and have been for months now. The remaining ones have payment facilities that crash every time you try to use them. No other option but to stand in line and wait for the single person manning the printing counter to get to you. My parents had faster service at one-hour photo shops back in the 90s. The service makes you wonder whether you are really in 2023 or some other forgotten time period

My wife Genevieve and I visited this store earlier today to purchase a Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite tablet for Genevieve. I was served by Deb & Gaynor at the registers, with them calling in Heath from the Tech Department for assistance. Everyone we spoke with was very helpful, pleasant & efficient - making our experience 5-star. The bonus was the guaranteed price-match, saving me nearly $35 off the identical device from the Samsung Store. Highly recommended.

Hi all,I went to the store to print a few copies of a document on a special 200 gsm paper. The line to the print station was so long - I've waited over 25 minutes and the queue barely moved.Staff were still standing around, laughing and chatting with each other. No supervisor in sight to escalate this situation to. Had to leave the store without having the documents printed.Very unprofessional.

Why do you offer passport pictures if you are not cutting them, when I asked if can be cut, they said that they are not allowed to cut it in case they do a mistake and He provided scissors. That’s the must stupid policy I have ever heard from what was supposed to be an end to end service.

Arrived to photocopy some papers. I was 3rd in line with about 5 others behind me. 30 minutes and still waiting. Only 1 person serving and that customer had alot of paper to go through. 2 of us called for the manager. She told us that this section (photocopying and printing) was specialised area (really??) and that she was low on staff as usual staff had left or gone back to university. The line had not shifted in 30 minutes. The manager did not organise other staff to help ( we counted 6 staff in the store with no customers to attend) nor did she offer to chip in and help her beleaguered staff in order to clear the backlog.Obviously I will not be returning.

I have been waiting to be served for over an hour. There are approximately 13 customers in line waiting to be served, the print manager is away and the store manager Sonia is assumed to be on her lunch break as staff are unable to find her. One of the customers is heavily pregnant but patiently waiting, whilst other staff walking around the store including one that has just walked past yawning. No customer service skills, colleagues don’t care about each other. Definitely not a healthy environment for anyone. 1 staff rostered on in the printing store. Teamwork should be encouraged in all businesses. Managers at all levels should support their staff!!!!!

Super long time wait. Staff are slow and don’t care about customers. Girls chit chatting all the time laughing it’s ok to talk if you do your job properly and a bit faster. Missed the shop I meant to go to after because one staff that print out my docs missed to print out the most important document I want to get printed out so I had to wait again for a long time! Please improvise your customer service and pay more attention on what to print out for customers!!! Time wasters seriously half an hour is not enough waiting to get the docs.
