I called up and the lady answer the phone was very unprofessional she said hello instead of saying the company name … and could not speak English I wouldn’t recommend this place

Came in for a 4 hour trial to work as a diploma assistant and all they made me do was CLEAN FOR THEM! I was with the kids for about 40 minutes out of the whole 4 hour block. They made me disinfect shelves and clean up their store room. At one stage I asked one of the workers in the pre-school room if I could do group time while she set up the tables with activities, and she said no. At the end of the shift, the director didn't even bother calling me in the office to tell me if I was successful or not. She just told me to leave. If I wanted to clean I would of became a cleaner! Worst experience ever

Best Childcare you can send your children to!!!staff is so caring and nurturing. My daughter was born during COVID lockdowns and always struggled to socialize, got very sensitive and paranoid of seeing new faces. This center made every effort possible to settle her, answer every concern i had, regularly updated me, never showed reluctance trying different things with her, gave her extra attention and care i cannot recommend them enough.they upload photos and write observations on kids on their app very regularly. I have tried couple of other centers before and i am so glad i sent my daughter here.every educator is just so welcoming, caring and friendly always happy to provide insights for our peace of mind. Food is healthy and they provide kids with great variety. Thank you ladies you are doing an amazing job.

I have dealt with this ellen for many years I absolutely love love this childcare she is something else I promise i will be dancing on her wedding until my feet break i can’t recommend a more home and helpful childcare i feel like this is my safe place my children have never come home upset and always ready to go pre school in the morning love love HILLTOP CHILDCARE and ELLEN OFCOURSE 3rous

My daughter is so excited to go to this centre everyday! It has fun and caring staff, so many different things for my daughter to do everyday and most importantly her cognitive and social development has improved so much!

I recently attended my little girl's graduation organised by Hilltop and all I can say is WOW! 5 dance performances, complete with costumes and props, certificate presentation, parade, children singing to an audience, raffles and a whole lot more. Looking around the room that night, all I saw was confident, radiant children and beaming proud parents. If you are looking for a child care that go that extra mile, have kids bond and stimulated through structured learning and fun activities, then Hilltop is for you. The centre has always done so much for the children throughout the year. To give you an example, the centre was teaching the children about traffic safety and Ms Asma builds a realistic model of the suburb including the roads, buildings, churches, traffic signs etc out of cardboard to show the children. The centre even made wearable cars, trucks etc so that the children can do a practical role play. Thank you to all the staff and the owners, especially to the manager, Ms Ellen and the creative director, Ms Asma. Proud is the pronoun I would use to describe this child care centre. I am proud that my daughter went to Hilltop Child Care. Thank you. - Lawrence
