Well that was an experience, I know people are on edge with the pandemic, but as someone with a medical condition with an exception I was refused service and was told to leave, we have medical exemptions for a reason... can safely say they have definitely lost a customer who visits that store very often!!

Dishonest staff & owner. Tried to overcharge on every product. Luckily had their app on hand to correct them on every price they quoted. Disorganized, told me to come in & p/up car that wasn't ready. Incompetent, had to get stereo & fascia refitted by another REPUTABLE company..

Spent 4 days here installing a 30kw solar system, the staff are great and easy to work with. They are always well staffed and have time to help out anyone who walks threw the door any day of the week or time of the day.The store is always clean and well layed out with helps of space to browse threw there well stocked shelves unlike some stores that you can barely walk threw witch seem more interested in hiding there staff then helping customers.Worth a stop in for anyone passing threw to stock up on some great products and deals.

Just went in to buy a couple of cleaning items, the guy who served me treated me like l was holding him up from other things other than customer service, l try to support local business but will go elsewhere from now on. Made me feel very unwelcome to say the least

I was on holiday's in Lakes Entrance for a week, needed a part urgentlywalked into every store in Bairnsdale with no luck until Autobarn.Valerie is her name. She also did not have what i needed, but nothing was a problem for her it was just too easy.Valerie said i'll get it for you from Queensland express post had the part in hand in three day's.The high standard of service i received was amazing hard to find today.I hope you get the recognition you so deserve after someone read's this review at your Head Office also emailed.Need accessories this is the place to go ask for Valerie service guaranteed.
