Northmead Caltex might not have the cheapest Woolies fuel in Sydney but it DOES HAVE a touchless car wash which are hard to find. The car wash only operates daylight hours (due to houses next door) but it gives a great clean without using brushes. I travel 10km to get my car washed here!

Pulled up to fill up on diesel. 2 pumps later no diesel. Went to staff to be told oh no we're empty. Why didn't you put up notice or something. Oh I don't know.

My bike prefers 95. This place has been without 95 fuel for months now but continues to advertise a price, even adjusting that price when fuel increases or decreases. How about you zero out the 95 price on your sign out the front? You're not offering that fuel so don't offer a price.

I went there last night and tried to fill up with an ampol voucher. The voucher has instructions on how to lodge it on the card for the employee to reference. The employee refused to even attempt to follow the instructions and I was forced to use the money set aside for my groceries because he refused to even try and refused to call his superior.

Walked up to grab a coffee at 4:40am and the girl refused to let me in to get a coffee despite I usually go there for coffee. She said it wouldn’t fit through the night window despite the front door already being open for someone loading bread. Poor customer service and poor policies.

Handy little servo but owner is a tightarse, the blower in the car wash has been out of action for 12 months and still hasn't been fixed, when asked about ETA the staff said they don't even have a clue

Poor customer service. I do not recommend them at all. Staff are not professional at all. I had a very bad experience with them even 2 days ago. I regret I went there.
