Highly recommend! Had an amazing 60 min full body massage and 30 min spa. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Good pressure. Proper spa treatment.Professional, friendly, welcoming staff.I will definitely be going back some time soon.

While the customer service was good, it was The worst massage I’ve ever had. There was zero pressure, no order (back, legs, all over the place). It was like she was just quickly rubbing my skin. At one point she just dragged her nails over my legs. The entire massage was on my back, wasn’t asked to turn over once. I’m not actually convinced she was a masseuse.

Went and had a Full Body massage done today and wow what a amazing job. Felt so relaxed afterwards.The customer service was the best service I have received. Zara and Lillian are passionate about their work and they are great at what they do.Will be back soon

My husband and I went for Valentines Day and it was amazing! It was just what we needed. We had a hour massage and a 30 minute spa and I couldn't recommend it more. They were professional and friendly, and we loved our experience there. It was an escape from everyday life.We were stressed before we went in, and we walked out like we were floating on a cloud. That feeling of relaxing stayed with us for the rest of the night.Thank you Empire Spa!!

After moving to Richmond I was badly looking for a great massage place for my mother.She is 75 years old and has age related pain mainly in her legs.The tender hands and loving hearts of the supremely caring staffs at the Empire spa gave my mother a magical experience of her lifetime!She felt so very much better after her time there. Her pains are reduced remarkably and she is feeling a lot better even through this winter.We decided talking her there regularly as this is probably the best gift I can give to my mother especially this winter...

Booked 90 minutes, told them I was gonna be late due to traffic and parking, they said no problem. Got there at 6.45 pm. We got into a chat at reception, trying to help the massage girl with her upcoming trip across Australia. All in good spirit, seemingly.Massage started at 7pm.During the massage the masseuse asked me if we could keep it to 1 hour instead, as she was hungry. She said reception was gonna refund the extra amount at the end. I said sure.Lo and behold, after the massage the pathetic receptionist all of a sudden decided not to refund the extra half hour, saying that the booking started from 6.30, cos that's what I had tried to schedule my arrival for.Note: I was the therapist's only client all day. She had no further booking, she just didn't want to do 90 minutes. Which is fine, except they took my payment for 90 minutes... Cannot believe the business owner is now trying to condone the lack of refund, as up to the receptionist". Well the receptionist is part of your business

Massage was great and my therapist was very professional. They offer water before and a shower after which is nice. Quiet and peaceful. They only lose 1 star for playing a musical version of celine dion my heart will go on on repeat for half and hour! I also could've said something too so partly on me!

My wife and I came for a massage at Empire, the ambience was superb.We both felt much relaxed after the massage. The staffs are wellexpreienced and very professional. Thanks once again. Will definitely come back.

Facilities are lovely and clean but the massage was not good at all. The staff seemed to be very junior and had very little experience in massage, very little/ light touch and no relaxation. We also had to ask for privacy when getting changed, and the whole thing felt very awkward. The sauna is apparently “semi-private” with a view straight out to bridge road and their toilet within the same walkway...needless to say we didn’t stay for the sauna.
