Happy to come back in Eastgardens westflield. I must visit Myer every time I come to Eastgardens. I like every way they put their products. Only think I realised that they are very short staffs. It’s so hard to find someone for help. Prices are always good, and if there’s any promotion going then I must buy kind of situation. They do have very selective collection for clothing which is not bad but sometimes I felt like they should have more varieties. Love the kids section too.

I do a lot of my shopping in Myer at Eastgardens Westfield shopping Centre. It is convenient and has a lot on offer. They don’t always have enough staff on the floor to help you though which can be a little frustrating at the time, but the staff that are there are always friendly and helpful. Sale time is great and the rewards program is awesome.

My click-and-collect order has been ready to collect so late. When I wanted to collect it, I got there around 5:30 and they said they are already close. In their email, they mention working hours are till 5:30 but don't count on that.

Staff don't seem to know what they're doing. E.g. they couldn't find the display cabinet key to buy a Kindle. Also, there is no clear cut queue at the checkouts. They serve from every direction and do not end up serving customers in the order they have been waiting. Make one queue to avoid the confusion.

There was a creepy Indian man working in the Ralph Lauren section on 8 June 2023. He started opening the curtains of changing rooms on the account that “he heard a loud noise come from the change rooms and wanted to check everyone was okay” (which in itself is more than unbelievable as the store is quite some distance from the fitting rooms). He opened my curtains while I was changing and then he proceeded to do the same thing while other young women in the store who were in the process of changing. I expressed my grave discomfort with his actions, to which he responded in a defensive tone changing his recount of events proceeding to proclaim that “one of his colleagues heard the noise”, completely different from his original statement. After I exited the change room I asked the lady next to me if she had “heard any noise?” and she said she had not heard anything. First and last time shopping at this Myer.

Neat and clean store, with a good layout and aesthetic. Products look and feel to be high quality. Prices of most items are expensive, but that's expected as it's myer. Wish I could afford to purchase more often from myer.

If it wasn't for the more experienced staff, I would give it a 1. There are not enough staff to start with and the young ones that are there have NO idea what they're doing. Very frustrating!! Thankfully there are 1 or 2 more experienced people that actually know what they're doing.Myer leaders u really need to pick up your game or just close the doors and go totally online. You guys are truly failing as a department store.

It's really strange to rate a Myer 5 stars - I know. But when we went here, they had stock that other Myer stores didn't have. There were also staff members at the checkout counters and available to help people. I don't understand it either - a Myer with good products and service... go figure...
