They 2 owners try to do upselling too much. For example, they keep ask do something I don't need. It is really annoying. I visited there only for regular service like exchanging engine oil & check up car condition, All of sudden, they said the rear ramp does not work, they did not show or prove me whether the ramp works or not.Normally, after finish the service, they have to give a car condition report for my car. They don'tSince then I never go.The service price is higher than the others.

I'm 100% recommending Autocrew. The mechanics are so kind and explain everything to me what my car needs repair today or later. It's reasonable price and they are professional, and they showed me what they fixed next me. I could trust them totally. I definitely will go back to Autocrew.

I would highly recommend Autocrew Motors, both Mark & HT are very professional , trustworthy, honest and reliable.Before they start work they'll always explain what needs to be done in a way that's easy to understand, during and after the Service they'll send photos of the parts that they've replaced and also before & after shots.The most important thing the price is quite reasonable. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Great service! Explains everything in detail. Came here for general maintenance and the guys here are very professional as they show everything that needs replacing and shows all the parts they have replaced as a result. Very competitive prices as well. Definitely will come here again.

I got my car repaired yesterday because of some serious problem under bonnet. My dealership mechanic would say at least 1 week of leaving my car with them and so much higher labour cost.But I luckily found these guys and saved a lot of time and money. They are so honest and reliable. It was my best experience with a mechanic workshop in Australia.
