Ordered 3 packs and supposed workshop classes over 2 months ago. When I sent messages I was told they were on their way and might be a little delayed. I accepted their answer as I was sure they would be busy when the creative kids vouchers were handed out. I have had no communication about the arrival of my orders and when I went to message them about it again it bounced back telling me that their Facebook page was no longer there. And their website was also conveniently unavailable also.They have just taken $300 from me and my children, 2 of my children are special needs and helped pick the packs they wanted.Absolutely disgusted with this kind of behaviour. And I welcome the harsh response from the owner, which seems to be a normal response when they get an honest but negative review.A month delay can be acceptable, but nearly 3 months... I think not.

I ordered the manga pack 4 months ago and still waiting. If you don’t have the item in stock you should not take peoples vouchers. This is wrong and by the reviews I’m not the only one that is still waiting. They do not communicate with their customers to keep them up to date with what’s happening with their items. Very disappointed with this company. You would have to understand why people are upset with your company. When you have a business COMMUNICATION IS KEY to running a successful business.

I highly recommend this preschool. I have sent both my boys to this Centre and travel for 30 mins just to ensure they have the education they deserve.The teachers are very loving and are genuinely interested in each child's needs. They have helped both my boys get into private schools and have brought out the best in them.I tell all my family and friends about this preschool school and will recommend it to any parent who values a fun learning early education.

Do not waste your creative kids vouchers with this company. The packs were ordered to use along with an online class. Well the classes came and went and the packs hadn't arrived. There was no communication to explain what was happening unless I emailed to ask. The excuse was always that Australia Post was at fault. There was also no offer of any alternate online class we could join. 6 months later when the packs finally arrived they weren't even the packs I ordered because they had run out of stock (another thing that wasn't explained until it turned up on the doorstep). Instead they replaced items with things like slime. That's a bit of a p*ss take in itself. If you can't keep up with supply and demand then maybe I suggest keeping up with you advertising, communication, and marketing skills.And I read some of your responses to the feedback you have received. Very unprofessional.

Once again you guys have not disappointed.All the kids had an amazing time with the art class and I’ve got to commend the teacher. So patient and they loved what she taught themThe quality products that you have to each of the kids to match their class was beyond fantasticIt’s a shame we don’t get a second set of vouchers like with the active kids, now we have to wait another 10 months before we get new suppliesThanks again and keep up the amazing work. We’ll definitely be back again

Have been waiting over 2 months and still nothing the workshop was suppose to be in March but we received nothing no pack and no workshop. This company has taken the money and delivered nothing and now their website isn’t working, please stay away and spend your money else where don’t lose it with this company you will be disappointed

My partner ordered 2 packs over 3 months ago and still have not arrived, have been reported!!! This is fraud!!! Tried to contact multiple times with no response, And should not be a registered business to receive $100 active kids vouchers, hope they get hold of you

Avoid at all cost. Ordered months ago and still waiting. Save the disappointment and go elsewhere. Will report this scam of a business.

This is an amazing facility!!! I had my daughter at there prekiddy center they taught her so well that when she entered school this year she was so confident in reading, maths and in her social skills.Thanks to their qualified teachers she is now on a level 12 in reading.I highly recommend you take your children here. Staff are so kind and helpful you will not be disappointed trust me.
