We had Lakeside pest solutions carry out a house inspection prior to us buying the property which was a total waste of time and money. An electrician found white ant damage right at the man hole a few months after the inspection and now we have found extensive damage through out the building. No comeback on the inspector at all and the cut and paste report is worthless. Certainly would not recommend for a pre purchase inspection.
