Really impressed with Dean's service. Price he gave us was 16% higher than the shady used-car dealers. This price didn't exactly match the estimate given online, but that was expected. Go in expecting fair treatment from a no-BS car valuation expert.

Typical high pressure used car salesmen. Refused to give me an offer unless if I'd commit to selling to them TODAY after I told him I was going to get competing offers. I'd be an idiot to not do my due diligence and get multiple offers.I have an excellent car to sell and someone is going to make a very nice commission on it, but that someone won't be sellmycar!

The online experience was great, the availability for appointments was excellent.Car inspection, qualification and transaction completed in only an hour.Dean at the Brisbane branch was outstanding, highly flexible, supportive for the urgency in addition to providing transportation to our car hire location.I could not recommend this experience more highly if you would like to sell your car quickly for a good price.

Good experience with them they make it easy to do what you need to do. There is no room of negotiation however which is slightly frustrating but the man who assesses the cars is a good guy and trust worthy. So when he said he was giving the highest price he was aloud too I believed him.

They send you an overestimated valuation range to peak your interest, and despite the car being low km and in perfect condition, they say “we’ll pass on this one” when I told them I’d only bring the car in if the valuation range was accurate. Don’t waste your time. There are other, more honest buyers.

He was upfront and honest, and never once did I feel pressured to take action one way or the other. A really great experience with Dean. He's helpful and friendly, he answers every question I raise and explain explain everything clearly. It took me less than an hour to finish the whole process and even drive me to the ferry station after that. Would recommend Dean to be one who deal with you.
