Asked a shop assistant if they had a certain product and was asked to wait for the manager to assist. Waited 35 minutes while he followed and chatted to his rep about everything other than work. By 40 minutes I left the shop annoyed, he looked my way several times and didn't bother to even acknowledge me. Rang the store an hour later and was told he was still busy. Left my number explaining my urgency and what it was about. Four days have passed and no call back. Just plain rude. Won't be spending my money there in future.

Asked the first sales ladies where to find hand barrier cream. Ask to speak with the prescription attendant. Told her what I was looking for, she was going to ask the pharmacist. In between she was distracted by 5 other people that were served. Totally forgot about me. Never go back again. Also use United Chemist in Renmark Shopping Centre.
