Priceline Pharmacy Top Ryde

Very appreciative of the marvellous pharmacist who was on on Sunday morning (28-02). There was an issue with a very specific product which turns out is discontinued. Rather than shrug ... or shrug and point at an 'only' alternative, she took the time to provide samples and options - for no immediate sale. So when I do work out which I want, I'll definitely go back there to buy!

very very disgusted!!! this old indian lady that works at PRICELINE TOP RYDE is so pushy and rude. places things in your basket that you don’t even want. on the other hand all the other girls are lovely never had any problems with them.

Prescriptions are an absolute scam. Had one filled at full price when it's subsidised by PBS. The pharmacist was adamant about the price and said no where else will fill it at a lower price. The wait time was over 45 minutes because the pharmacist did not read the script properly. Went to Pharmacy4less who filled it at the right price and in 5 minutes. Dishonest and dodgy practices. Go to the other chemist instead.

Hi come into priceline at top ryde often, 90% of the time there is a lady called Mahnaz that is constantly unpleasant to her younger coworkers and it makes the costumers very uncomfortable, i got her name from another worker. She will be so nice to your face and extremely rude and disrespectful to her younger workers. One reason why i wont be coming in again.

I had an appointment for a vaccination today. The lady giving me the vaccine didn’t even greet me and wasn’t friendly. She gave me the jab without rubbing alcohol on the injection site first. (really?) I also had to ask her and check what vaccine she was giving me as she didn’t confirm my details with me.I don’t believe that’s what the protocol says, and customer service was non-existent today. I paid 60 dollars for a vaccine and didn’t even get a hello…I won’t be returning here and don’t recommend you use their services either.

Visited the store on 5th June to return two items and had a really uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. Staff member 1 opened up the items to inspect when packaging is clearly brand new box sealed with tape then gets staff member 2 to have another look and say they don’t accept returns cos box has been opened and they bully you two against one to reject your return.If anyone needs to do return at this store take a picture of your items before handing them over for their “inspection” cos they’ll ruining the packaging and then frame customer for opening the item to reject your return. Or better yet, just do it at another Priceline store where you’ll probably get treated better and have better customer service!Annoying thing is that now I can’t even return at other Priceline stores because Top Ryde Priceline has ruined the packaging for an item I no longer need!

I like it for its amazing offers every now and then. Got my daughter’s ears pierced from here and the staff did a fantastic job.

Ok so the shop itself is just like any other Priceline pharmacy although I was surprised they had essence there but THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? AMAZING! All of the staff were happy to help me find different makeup and helped me check the prices of stuff and once when she checked the price of this one thing she noticed that I was going to put it back because it was a bit expensive and so she just went and showed me all the similar items and dupes they were so helpful and there were amazing discounts too❣️❣️❣️

Disgusting Phone manners , Spoke to a Pharmacist to ask if she can sign my Statutory Declaration form and her answer was so rude !!! Please speak to your customers properly or leave your job !! I dont understand why do they take up these professions when they simply cant speak to someone in a professional manner !!
