The worst sns nails I have ever had. One of the staff did the sns for me, she seems lack of skills and doesnt know how to do sns. The powder was everywhere and the sns layers were so thick and lumpy. I told her it didn’t look good, and she said everything would fine after she filed it. But no, everything looked horrible at the end. I was so disappointed with my nails. I gave the feedback to the owner, she tried to fix for me but hopeless. It still so ugly after almost 3 hours i wasted there. Their attitudes were would, however their skills were not. Please get more knowledge about sns and improve your skills.Regards.

Fully satisfied from the service hygiene and staff behaviour, all the services are very good and they doing it with very neat and clean process, highly recommended everyone to visit this salon. In this pandemic I feel very safe and comfortable in this place a big thumbs up to Jennifer Diaz and the team to bring your best services to our city Adelaide.

Paid $50 for the SNS for an event and it chipped off within 2 days. Also, service was rude, I had just assumed it was an off day but judging by the other reviews it's a norm.Edit: After getting all of the SNS off, I've found that most of my nails have green staining. I've never had this before in all my years of manicures.

I don’t usually write reviews but the service was just awful. One girl spent the whole time whilst doing a clients nails talking in Spanish on the phone and the one who did mine was very unskilled, slow and all the tips came off within two days. Complete waste of time and money and just incredibly rude.

I got french tips done from them and they were too thick and not shaped properly, i had to get them reshaped from another salonI then went back to get my nails fixed because i hated them and everyone said they looked bad. The owner of the store redid them but all the nails were shaped differently and she filed my nails so roughly that i had my skin peeled off and blood was coming out. When i told her the nails are different shapes, she said to me this is just a free repair. I explained to her that I still paid a lot previously and my nails still look bad. She offered me a 20 dollar refund which was nice however I dont like the nails at all. I do not recommend this salon at all and will never go back

Had the deluxe pedicure done by Carolina. I hadn't done a pedicure in a long while so my cuticles were overgrown, she did trim them down, though it was slightly uncomfortable but worth it.Owner Jennifer Diaz and Carolina just recently migrated over to Adelaide, their grasp on the English language maybe weak to some but they are still very able to communicate with their customers.Please don't be discouraged and try their extensive beauty services:)They took over the shop lot on May 2021, any reviews prior to that is not related to them.

I'm very impressed. First time client and I love the job that was done on my nails 10/10. Also love the tranquil atmosphere, soothing music and everything is so clean and it smells divine. I will definitely be back.
