Baker D North is THE best bakery in town. Their croissants are so good, buttery and puffy. The sausage rolls and pies are delicious too. My favorites are the almond croissant and the apple and pork roll. The coffee is delicious too.

One of Townsville'a hidden Gems. An absolutely fantastic little bakery that sells some of the tastiest baked good I've ever had the pleasure of eating.I highly recommend their Spinach and Feta rolls and their Vanilla Custard Cruffin to get you started, but you'll soon fall in love with the variety of other stuff they have.And the customer service is always stellar.Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best pastries and bread I have had in Australia. Being used to European bakeries, I have not found many places here that match my ridiculously high standards regarding croissants, but I genuinely LOVED everything they sell here. May have to move to Townsville now.
