Joss and his team were terrific. I have been in the construction industry for over 40 years and dealt with a number of tradesman and builders throughout the years. The build we had was particularly difficult due to location and design but Joss and the boys did an outstanding job. They were all diligent, polite, helpful and always put the effort in. We used Joss and his crew to renovate our mid ‘80s house. Joss came up with great ideas and their workmanship was excellent. We were unlucky not to be able to use them again for our farmhouse build due to their work commitments and regret not waiting. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Joss contracted a landscaper to work on a home in Forster. He saw the quote and agreed on the price. The client then paid the deposit necessary for the job to begin. When the job was done Joss and the clients decided the fee was too high (fairly sure that negotiating the price after the job is done is not the right or fair time to have that discussion) and so two weeks before Christmas they have withheld a five figure sum from a single income family with two young kids because they think the price was too high. It is as clear as that. And joss will argue that the rate for labour and the costs with the trade discount were uneven or unfair. Well bad luck. You should have said that before the job was done so the tradesmen and his team had the chance to say “thanks but no thanks, good luck with your build”. But he didn’t and now he doesn’t want to eat in to his own profit so he’s throwing another small business under the bus. You agreed to the quote. They did the job. You should do the right thing.
