The staff were nice and were able to see me at short notice. After my cut the vacancy became apparent as to why it was there.She did exactly the opposite to what I'd asked. I have curly hair and explained not too much shape around the face. DO NOT let it look like a bob. Keep it straight along the back.She did the OPPOSITE of all that. I have a ridiculous hair cut that has naturally bounced to a bob which she wouldn't know because she used a straightener. It's an 80's Flying V at the back ugh and thinned within an inch of its life. Looks like 4 bad haircuts in one. A talent in one level. Will take about 2 years to recover. Lucky I'm not precious. $80 so cheap enough. I didn't bother complaining because where would one start?Would not recommend them unless you want to look how the hairdresser wants you to look.Classless.

The best! I wouldn’t let anyone else touch my hair except Don.. he’s a master of his craft and knows hair better than Merryl Streep knows acting. Friendly staff and always a pleasure to visit. Highly recommend!

The female owner of this business is rude and has no customer service skills and should not be running the business. She is not considerate towards customers when allocating appointments and very unprofessional. The business has gone down hill over the years, very overpriced and lacking good hairdressers, there is plenty of competition do not even attempt to get your hair done here.

This is without a doubt the best hair salon in Victoria, Don is totally amazing. I've not seen him for a long time as I moved away and have yet to find anyone remotely close to his amazing talent and joyous personality

I had such a great experience getting my hair cut and coloured by Don, Cinzia and Renee. The staff are friendly and professional and I always have the best cuts here. This was the first time I had my hair coloured in years, and I was so happy with the consultation and the final outcome. I have had so many complements about my hair and I love how it has transformed my look without looking overdone. My partner gets his hair cut here by Elsa and it is always so neatly cut and consistent every single time! Great work. Thank you!

Cocca hairdressing deserve to be the success that they are. The staff are all fantastic and dedicated to what they do. Don has been cutting my hair for over 10 years now and I absolutely love his work. He spends that extra time making sure the cut is perfect and easy for me to look after at home. The salon atmosphere is warm and friendly and and they use quality professional products that make my hair feel beautiful.
