Ordered a triple Bondi with chilli payed for a triple Bondi with chilli and got a double with no chilli not the first time this has happened from this shop. $19 is a lot for one meal and to get it this wrong is just silly. Didn’t find out until I got home and not driving the 20min to go back. What is a Bondi burger with no chilli??? A boring burger.What did I pay for then??????????????Oh well fool me twice and I don’t return. Good luck ripping people off.

Crazy first day, lines way out the door with people everywhere! They were fast with cooking though and getting people in and out. Very small place to sit and eat, best to find another seating area or takeaway. Very clean and the atmosphere was big and felt packed all the time. Good Oporto to get food from was a great meal and great service.

Been either picking it up or getting it delivered and first time we got it delivered, they got our order wrong and the chips weren’t cooked properly. They were barely eatable. Second time the same thing again. If they are good at something it’s being consistently bad making food.

Probably the best Oporto I’ve had yet. Staff were all exceptionally kind and friendly and even comped my chips after I clumsily dropped mine. Would recommend to all looking to satisfy that craving.

What I ordered V What I got...This was supposed to be a Bondi burger meal...Chicken with sauce.. nothing else... Price has gone up too but quality has plummeted.

Love Oporto and been a platinum member for years straight. Most the staff are very good, friendly and even remember my name and order most times. However, there are some questionable staff and procedures. They seem to think it’s ok to just charge you a large meal every time without even asking. I need to make the effort to tell them regular every single time. And today I visited and had very poor customer service. I had surgery on my hand a week ago and clearly wasn’t able to use one of my hands. I asked if they could please cut my burger in half so I could hold it. I was told “we can’t cut it for you but I can give you a knife and fork to cut it yourself”. With one hand out of action, I’m not sure how they expected me to do that.

Have been there 3 times in the last 6 months and the chicken in the Bondi burger has been cold every time. Two of the times the bread was stale. I don't normally write bad reviews, but this store needs to lift it's game
