Worst insurance company, didn't even inform me to renew vehicle insurance . Worst customer service. Luckily I checked that insurance was due and contacted them ..No answer ..was on automated phone line for 35 mins .Don't pick any kind of insurance from this company in lifetime.

They are absolute thieves . They are dragging our claim and are in denial when everything is crystal clear . They are trying to misrepresent facts when the customer himself has accepted that he is at fault. Our claim has been dragged for over 8 months now and we had no choice but to contact ombudsman . Stay away..

SCAM STAY AWAY!!If you want a insurance company that dosnt cover anything and I mean anything go with these guys. If you lose your items at a public place means any place the public has access to, including but not limited to airports, busterminals, buses, cruise ships, planes, stations, taxis, trains, wharves and beaches, galleries,hostels, hotels, hotel foyers and grounds, museums, private car parks, public toilets, shops,streets, restaurants and general access areasYou will not be coveredSo what do they cover NOTHING THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND LEAVE YOU DRY.These guys are own cover more they have all my details so if these guys want to sort it out they can figure out which customer they have screwed over.Will make sure they lose there contact with Commonwealth bank insurance.

Rubbish insurance when you pay over $1,000 monthly & take there sweet time to resolve your problem even tho the vehicle is a ride off! DO NOT USE THE WORSE INSURANCE Ever & the most slow process when it comes to claims

I rang the company contact centre at 9.40am AEST (Melbourne time) but the automated machine replied that the contact centre is currently close and will reopen at 9am AEST?? What a joke??

Cancelled my insurance 20 days ago, they still tried to charge my super. Don't trust these people with your money. Fortunately my bank managed to stop the payment and block them, wondering if they are based in India

Rude, irritable and condescending staff with a serious attitude problem on the phone treating me like I'm 12 years old and don't understand how the process works talking over me irritated. I asked to speak with the woman in charge of my claim and they said she would call back. 4 hours later I call THEM and the condescending woman I spoke about above tells me the woman went home, and told me not to call at 4pm because it's too late, even though I HAD CALLED 4 HOURS AGO ALREADY! Unhelpful, rude and lazy staff. Don't bother with these ones. They have a reeeal attitude problem.Glad to be rid of their services asap.

Absolutely a disgusting service. These people shouldn't be in anywhere in any industry at all. The front desk/ hot line staffs are terrible clowns. They do everything except solving their customer's issues. Disrespectful and unprofessional staff. Stay away from this circus. Avoid at any cost.

Have to say I have never heard a ruder set of a customer support agents. Really must of chosen bottom of the barrel workers. You can hear the sarcasm and contempt in their voices, not just one off multiple representatives acted in this way. Glad I am not a policy holder with these guys.

Appalling insurance company. Tried to wriggle out of a $4000 claim using all the tricks. Didn't return calls or emails. It took two threatening emails to finally get paid. Tow truck operators told me the same. I would hate to have any policy with Zurich! Look for a good Aussie brand such as Budget or Youi. They were fantastic!Nice to get the response below, but it's too late. Maybe have more staff solving problems than trying to soothe afterwards.
