I have visited the store twice in the last two days and both times was met with totally unacceptable behaviour and total lack of customer service. Once by a boy who simply didn’t want to help and the second time by an older man who when I asked if he could assist me with getting something down from a shelf his curt reply was one word “FROM” Quite honestly I was totally gob smacked by how rude he was and told him so. I am a 75 year woman who required assistance and Anaconda Maroochydore could simply not provide it! I think it might be worth investing in customer service training.

Have always used anaconda and recently the Maroochydore store for all my fishing needs over the last 12 years, in that time the staff in the fishing department have been out standing.The last year I have been dealing with a very knowledgeable young man by the name of Mick.Really knows his stuff, very nice and is always happy to pass on his knowledge.Last time is was in I dealt with Marley who was also extremely helpful and nice.These days before going I ring to make sure one of these 2 are on before I head in.These guys are a huge asset to the store In my opinion.

I`ve been a Club member for around 8 years or more, purchase 90% l`ve my camping, outdoor clothing etc from them. Brought 3 bicycles through them. Unfortunately the last one has been a piece of s8)t and have had NO support from the Maroochydore Store. Been the most disgusting service I have probably ever received. Has been replaced once, the 2nd bike has been back twice. After another 3 weeks waiting for the bike I picked it up today, my son take for a ride, dosen`t get 50 metres and the back brake is locking up. I have a quick look 5 of the 6 screws are missing from the disc.

Went into this store with my husband to specifically buy a shirt - signs are misleading at best. Price stated was NOT was comes up at the till. Queried the price and was told - not applicable to that shirt, but wait , what - the signs say that particular make was on sale - not this one apparently.Buyer beware is all I have to say - this is the second time this has happened - really not good enough.

Scott ( in camping ) and Bella ( front counter ) at the Maroochydore shop impressed me with their customer care and knowledge , it is where I go all the time now as to me its the people I am dealing with just as much as the product and price .

Went there to look at outdoor shirts; of the thirty styles I looked at, only two style had prices on the tags. Lovely new store (just have its 1 year celebration) is wasted on the incompetent people who run it. It’s solely there to waste your time, so prepare to be frustrated. My advice: go somewhere else first.

Assisted by a great salesperson (Bella) regarding hiking shoes. She was enthusiastic and had a very good working knowledge of the shoes for sale. The store itself is well laid out and has a wide variety of stock available.

Easy onsite parking but that's where it stops. The store is stuffed with stock and a real rabbit warren. Also very expensive merchandise, $34.95 for one 190cm aluminium tent pole is a bit over the top. No wonder people are buying off the internet, saw the same thing for around $12 with free delivery.How much are they marking them up and how much profit are they making?
