Claudia did a lovely job with my engagement and eternity ring. I had a picture to show what I wanted and she clarified specific settings and delivered a beautiful piece of jewellery. I love wearing my ring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jewellers Vault for any jewellery work.

My engagement ring turned out more beautiful than we imagined and Claudia made a lovely wedding ring to match. She helped us to source the perfect diamond in our price range and helped with tips on how to reduce overall cost but keep to the design we wanted. I can’t fault her customer service and workmanship, she goes above and beyond what is expected. She will be our go-to for any future jewellery purchases. It is great to support a local small business and Claudia does the same with other businesses in the area. We appreciate how she sticks to her values as a business woman. ♥️

Today Claudia cleaned, checked & polished my 5 bridal set of rings and brought them back to looking like new. I had no hesitation leaving my rings with her for an hour this morning, to be returned to their sparkling beautiful original like new" appearance. They really are so beautiful again!Claudia is friendly & helpful

I would give more stars if I could. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my jewellery needs. Claudia is such a wonderful person who shows a great passion for the true art of jewellery making. Claudia has been cleaning and maintaining our jewellery for a number of years now, including some sentimental pieces that are irreplaceable. I have also had a unique piece made from a collection of old jewellery I couldn't bare to part with but didn't wear. I now have a truly unique piece that is handcrafted, (not casted) and full of memories from childhood and significant events in life. Claudia's also very good at keeping secrets if you are looking to surprise someone as she did when completing my unique piece. Hubby and Claudia worked together to make sure I got it for my birthday when I was expecting it after.

I cannot speak highly enough about Jewellers Vault! Claudia was half the price I was quoted at Stephen Dibbs to put my diamond back in my ring. I just collected my ring and was floored at just how great it looked! My 10 year old ring looks brand new again!! These photos do not do my ring justice! Thank you so much Claudia!! Great advice, workmanship, price, service and laughs! I highly recommend them!

Claudia does wonderful work,apart from the many repairs,and alterations that she has done,she also has made and designed a ring for me,which is timeless and perfect! Claudia puts alot of time effort ,into all aspects of her business, coming up with solutions to fix ,the seemingly unfixable. at times.In my opinion she ,she is a gem!
