Went there to do some whale watching, beautiful views of the ocean. Sign in front of the the walkway states No dogs allowed. Also has disabled car parking.

Beautiful views, some historical info on sides of the bridge, its a really nice walk. Best to start from the East as there's no going uphill this way.

Hang gliders takeoff from Strzelecki scenic lookout and fly along the coastal cliff. It’s exciting to watch, however the sheer drop is not for the faint hearted. There are limited parking spaces and disability parking. It’s the entry point for the memorial walk. The view is spectacular but hold on to your hat and child as the wind can be strong.Sir Paul Strzelecki’s work as a geologist explorer in 1840’s helped establish Newcastle as a coal producer.

Great space to Whale watch as you have great all round views to many Whales and Dolphins. Light aircraft in skies looking and spotting Whales.

We saw a whale breach the water and enjoyed an amazing walk. Well worth the stop. Beautiful place for a picnic and an ocean view. Take some binoculars!
