Usually wonderful sevice here at Kwinana; however, last week they left our baby seat unstrapped without informing us. Our child was put at risk as it was not properly reattached (or at the very least we were not informed that it had been removed so that we could reattach it). This has been very distressing.

A big shout out to the Bob Jane team here at Kwinana.I had an issue on the Saturday afternoon at the Westernationals with a pair of new slicks and the wheel balance on my dragster. I called them up at very short notice before they closed to see if these could be rebalanced after another company had previously balanced them. The wheels were balanced and they got us back out on the track for the last qualifier.If there was a 10 star rating, I would give them this for their friendly and extremely helpful service. Appreciate your help.
