The lads at DeRossi are straight up on price, service and advice. They don't flog you tools and abandon you. They repair and remedy & provide after sales service, spares, parts.

He is always very helpful to your particular situation / requirements on-site.I told him I'm on limited budget so he directed to some cost effective tools which were probably returns or someone simply chose wrong in the first place.I always seem to grab myself some unbelievable bargains at this place.They also do 'in-house' repairs, which comes in very handy rather than throwing out an almost perfect tool.

Very unprofessional dropped a jacket to be fixed they did not contact me to resolve issue, did not respond to my online inquiry, did not answer to email, did jot answer to my voice mail. Took the jacket back and I am now lodging a complaint against makita.

Called asking for general pricing to get a tool serviced. The gentleman on the phone ended up telling me to go to Sydney tools and hanging up on me. With that kind of service I guess I'll have to go to Sydney tools.

I asked Di Rossi to repair the mains cord of an electric drill. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.I have read other reviews which were critical of the language of the staff. I found that the English of some of the staff was perhaps less than fluent but it was entirely functional and the staff who helped me were competent and very thoughtful.

Very rude service. The customer service is unbelievably bad here. It's like they have not one care. Thankfully there was one lady at the front desk willing to help. The asians at the front desk are rude and should reconsider there position if all they can do is grunt at you when you ask for help. Disgusting!

Good place. They can order in power tools for you as well.Order was a Makita Cooler and Warmer. Good price Cheaper then other stores.

Going to De Rossi was a first class experience. I needed some help to fix a tool. I dealt with 2 staff members who both went out of their way to assist me. They resolved my problem which I could not have achieved myself. Next time I need a power tool or related item I will be heading back to De Rossi as the service I received was over and above and this is the customer experience and professional service I want. I will be recommending De Rossi to others.
