After some problems with other mechanics I have found one to trust, they could have done work I requested but advised me it was unnecessary and suggested doing cheaper options later, to say I'm impressed is an understatement, exceptional work, thanks very much and highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered springs and shocks 3 weeks ago, was told 2 to 5 days, that was fine. The whole time I never once complained about the time waiting as I was aware there was a Steel shortage problem. Anyway today I go to pick them up and was told 15 mins, so as they guy could go to Powerdown to grab them again that was fine with me. So I went and got a hamburger and chips and ate lunch at the park, 40 mins later I go back to be met with the most rude obnoxious attitude. He had not picked them up yet, so he stomps out to his car goes and gets them, and on his return put them in the boot of my car with full attitude not saying one word not even a sound, then walks off to his car and drives to the doorway and stomps back in the shop. I have never experienced such bad customer service. Considering I spend thousands of dollars every couple of months on my car this is one shop I will never be back to. I was going to buy a new light bar and spotties and winch today while there, but not after that reception I won't be. Very disappointing. Especially because i went there to support local business. The guy who did the order was a fantastic help but the guy today needs an attitude adjustment.

Needed guidance on towing mirrors. Took the time to explain how all the brands worked and which was best for my car. Prices great and fitting not an issue.

Great bunch of guys with accessories to suit most brands and the knowledge to fit them if required, all at realistic prices.

Wont Help, simple problem but you have to pay to put your car in for them to tell you the problem,so get a quote first our ask for a price up front,Its all about the money to them
