Wasted people's time with an auction this weekend that had a max advertised price that was infact 42k UNDER the reserve price the vendor was actually willing to accept. It is very misleading, false advertising and just morally disgusting, pretty sure there are also laws against this type of sales... wasted my families time and at least 10 other groups of people all of whom visited the home on multiple occassions. Its not right...

Alan, Narelle and the Team are incredibly generous with their time and would highly recommend them. Exceptional service.Darren is the best Property Manager that you will find. The detail and time that he spends, finding the right tenant, is second to none. I would not have trusted my property with anyone else. No question was a problem. We chose Alan King to sell our property as we liked his honest & straightforward manner. I would rate at ten stars, having dealt with different agents over the years my experience of real estate agents was not positive. However, Alan and his team exemplify professionalism. Attributes of Ray White Diamond creek; polite, communication is worth while and not over bearing. Marketing was fair, and where Alan excels is the sales negotiation. We were extremely pleased with the result. If all agents worked to Alan's standard, the industry would be better placed.
