Toilets at Bulli lookout stink, and can be smelled in the foyer . . . .at 10 am, so they haven't been cleaned in awhile

The staff were very efficient and welcoming. We concluded our business within five minutes of walking through the door.

I visited on the weekend. The call centre and the online 'report an issue' service are great and the response times are very fast.It's a shame the local area has a huge problem with drugs.

If you call for bins, and a lady named Maxine picks up - just hang up and try again! She will not let you get a word in, lecture you about how entitled you are because you live in a nice part"! no help will be provided and no answers will be given just a morning dose on non-stop Maxine!"

I hope wollongong council is ready to have the pants sued off them. What an absolute joke UCI has been. Class action begins this week. All individuals involved in the organising will be sued personally. Prepare.

Most disappointed with the care from this council. I am a local resident paying high rates for years & have had a concern about a new DA next door & access to their secondary dwelling. Our private land is constantly being trespassed on & we mentioned this would be a concern if the DA did not consider access to the secondary dwelling on the new development next door. Every week it is presenting itself as a huge problem for our property, privacy and safety that builders and the new owner just keep trespassing on our land. Council should have considered access to this not through our land & mentioned to the owner they do not have vehicle access. Now it is out of council's hands that our land is being used & damaged & causing issues to us as residents.

I have requested for some tree pruning since 16th Feb, was given a job #CR0048157, called multiple times and was told job was put in wrong team and it would be handled by correct team. Called back on 12th April to find what was happening. Was given the same feedback. I called again on 17th June, the crew came out and looked at the job and was told it would be done after the school holidays. Not acceptable service as a rate paying citizen and poor communication.

I thought WCC stood for Wollongong City Council not WOLFWHISTLE CITY COUNCIL.I can't speak for the whole of Wollongong city council but there is one that works for them that I DON'T APPRECIATE as today he was wolf whistling at me as I crossed the road in george Street berkeley. I rang Wollongong city council who did nothing about it.

Cliff Road is just hell on earth for residents. Can't wait to move. Thanks WCC for never listening, removing the speed humps, blocking off south Beach and making Smith Street one way to increase traffic on north Cliff Road . Sunday in August has been a nightmare. Can't wait for summer!!!Good to see my $7,000 p.a. land rates are being used so wisely....not.
