The ladies at That Shop are so friendly and professional. They really get to know you and your style, they make you look great and will often suggest things you haven't thought of. The service is always great and their new shop in Paddington is spacious and fabulous!

I won’t shop anywhere else for dresses! I love That Shop! I have been shopping with the for years & have followed them from Wooloongabba, to Carindale, Garden City & now Paddington. The staff there are always so friendly & helpful. I walked into the shop today & within 5 minutes Emmy had said “ I have the exact dress for you!” She came back with a beautiful mint green dress. Thank you so much That Shop!

My family and I came in at opening (9am) and spent just over an hour and a half here, trying on all manner of skirts, dresses, tops, etc. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout, helping my mum and I find clothes that fit our body types perfectly! We walked away with almost 10 articles between the two of us and we'll definitely be coming back! :)

I’m from Cairns and came down to Brisbane to see my dad. We were looking for rockabilly clothes for me as there are none in cairns. I also have functioning anxiety and as soon as I entered that shop I was welcomed by the most lovely ladies I’ve ever met. They were very helpful and kind. I spent around $3000 at that shop and don’t regret 1cent of it. 10/10 recommend. Thank you ladies ☺️

Such a great experience! I'm so glad I went into the store instead of on line. The staff made me and my husband feel so welcome and were incredibly helpful. I haven't had customer service like that in a long time. I haven't mentioned the quality of the clothing... but I would like to say it's worth the price tag.

I LOVE That Shop!! Every time I visit, the staff are so, so lovely and professional! They gave me incredible styling advice, and suggested beautiful items that I would never have thought of myself! The atmosphere of the boutique and the bright attitude of the staff make every visit to That Shop a wonderful experience to remember!That Shop is an absolute MUST if ever in Brisbane. If you're in Paddington, GO! You won't regret it!

That Shop have provided one of the best customer service experiences I've ever received. I had a small issue with my order and they picked up on it before it was even sent out. The lovely Hayley not only fixed the issues (and provided back up options) she also gave me further help with my current order and suggestions on sizing. I also recieved a little extra goodie in my order.Above and beyond! Thank you guys, will definitely be buying off you again.

Incredibly poor experience. Wanted to try on a dress and a couple of other things, the staff member went to pop these in the change room which was great. Upon arriving to the change room the staff member had swapped the items for larger sizes, completely unsolicited. They then simply said “I’ve given you larger sizes instead because sometimes they run small”. A completely humiliating experience in front of a store full of people. To double down on the humiliation I then had to exit and get the sizes I wanted as the forced sizes were not appropriate. I left the store with the item I wanted however will now confidently purchase direct from the brand before being body shamed in this store again.

I've been buying most of my wardrobe from That Shop for years and I could not recommend them more highly. The selection is amazing with a range that suits many different shapes and styles. The clothing is absolutely gorgeous. Passers-by often stop me to compliment outfits I wear from here. And the staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable which makes the shopping experience more enjoyable as well.
